1, scope: this specification applies to the electric (or pneumatic) ball valve of the flange connection end.
2, composition: by the electric (or pneumatic) actuator (20) and ball valve body part, its connection by the support (18) and the connecting shaft (17).
3, the use of restrictions
Temperature and pressure limits
L plate showing the maximum operating pressure valve to allow the maximum and minimum operating temperature.
L use PTFE or RTFE seat and seal materials, operating temperature should be between-290c to 2000C. Other types of valve seat and sealing parts of the operating temperature, should be subject to the KI factory inspection.
L valve nominal pressure level (PN), can indicate the valve in the normal temperature state of the maximum working pressure. (for example: PN4.0, that its operating temperature in 290C ~ 380C maximum working pressure of 40 Bar (4.0MPa)).
L electric or pneumatic actuator's attention to the corresponding specification.
4, installation
1), take off the protection cover on both sides of the flange, the valve is fully open in the state to wash and clean.
2), the installation should be in accordance with the provisions of the signal (electricity or gas) to carry out the whole test (to prevent the impact of transport due to vibration effects of the use of performance), qualified rear can be on-line (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit diagram).
3), prepare to be connected to the pipeline, to be washed and cleaned of the remaining impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
4), during installation, please do not use the valve actuator as a lifting point, to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories. .
5), this type of valve should be installed in the horizontal direction or vertical direction of the pipe.
6), installation pipeline near the falls, or to withstand external force phenomenon, can use pipe support or supports pipeline to eliminate the deviation.
7), with the pipe connection, please use the specified torque cross locking flange connection bolts.
